Quick and the dead rankings (2040 Preseason)

2040 is the 23rd season of The Quick and the Dead League. It's been a league of dynasties starting with the Great Falls Quicksilver winning 8 of the first 10 Titles (2018-2027) then the Baltimore Thunderbolts (previously Hamburg Blue Devils) won 4 of 5 Titles (2029-2033) and now the Charlston Hammers have won 3 straight Titles (2037-2039). The 3 dynasties have won 18 of the 22 Titles in this league!

The question is will the Hammers continue their dominance or will a new dynasty emerge?
