The other opening will be 1 of 2 teams. Currently the open team is the New York Stars https://usflwfl.myfootballnow.com/team/30 but another owner has asked to take over this team. The previous owner went with an all rookie team after I refused to reset his dead cap. I will reset dead cap for a new owner taking over a team before they make a single transaction, but after that it's too late. He had planned on sticking it out but must have had a change of heart as he has not logged into MFN for 10 days.

The team I actually expect to need a new owner is the Jacksonville Bulls https://usflwfl.myfootballnow.com/team/20.

Jacksonville is coming off a 6-10 season, but the Bulls were a playoff team the previous 4 seasons, winning the division once and 3 wildcards, all with double digit wins.

This team should become available later today after Beercloud and I get together to switch him to New York. If you don't want to wait for that, send me a PM if you want the Bulls.

I will clear the dead cap for 3 of the 4 open teams with Oklahoma being the exception. That team doesn't need it cleared, the other 3 do. Normally I make new owners ask for that first.

Free agency 1 is early in the morning Eastern time, over 19 hours from now and we have 1 opening. The San Antonio Gunslingers https://usflwfl.myfootballnow.com/team/10 are available but this team isn't for the weak of heart. Nothing is wrong with the team itself but your division is the toughest in the league, as Cjfred68, Armored Giraffe, and Private Snowflake await you 6 times a year. We've had 32 complete seasons and these 3 teams have won nearly half of the championships combined. Houston just won for the 9th time, CJ's 8th, Memphis has won 5 times and Oklahoma once.
