WOW!!!

3 second round picks

For

3 aging vets in the final year of their contracts???

Seems like a huge overpay to me! Maybe 3 fourth rounders or just 1 2nd rounder for all 3 players sounds about right to me.

WR Edmund Kennedy 87/87
9 year vet
20% retire
85 speed/88 acc

I like the player but he could drop speed drastically after camp and maybe plays 1 more season. To resign this player with be expensive in bonus money and he very well might retire after this season.

WLB Douglas Jagger 76/76
9 year vet
10% retire
85 speed

Again I live the player but speed may drop....needs to be resigned with big bonus and chance of retirement.

LDE William Livingston 60/60
13 year vet
20% retire
59 speed/36 strength

This player is an immediate cut for me. Slow as dirt so he has no pass rush ability and 99% of the league is stronger then him so he will get run over. The good news is you don't have to worry about signing him.

Ridiculous overpay simply because the players will only get worse over the course of the season. Second round picks generally should be starters even if they bust and all three players might not even be starting caliber at the end of this year
