American Conference

A top heavy Conference where the 6 playoff teams look just about set with 5 teams between 2 1/2 & 3 1/2 games out of a playoff spot. The 6 teams currently in playoff spots are all ranked in the top ten.

This Conference is a little more competitive as the North division is a 3 team race and 2 teams are within 2 games of a playoff spot. The weaker conference with only 4 top ten teams.

The American Conference is basically set for the 6 playoff teams with only final seeding to be determined. Vancouver is holding on by a fingernail. They need to beat the Mayfield Bakers in week 15 while having the Letterkenny Shamrocks fall to the "dead" Cheetahs. If all that happens then Vancouver needs to beat Letterkenny in week 16 to claim the division title.

The National Conference is all but set for the 6 playoff teams as only Green Bay is still on life support to win their division. Green Bay would have to win out versus New Orleans and Tampa Bay (quite possible) while the Omaha Storm needs to lose out versus Duluth and Carolina (highly unlikely).


The 12 teams currently in the playoff spots are the top 12 teams in the rankings with only #13 & #14 still barely alive.

American Conference

1. #2 Blue Rock Heisenbergs (13-2)

They need a win versus the #17 Raptors to secure the #1 seed or have both the Bakers and Far East lose. At worse, they have secured the #2 seed.

2. #3 Mayfield Bakers (12-2-1)

They need a win versus the #23 Treasure to win the division and secure the #2 seed. With a win and lose by the Heisenbergs, they secure the #1 seed. If they lose, they need the Far East to lose to win the division or else they drop to either the #5 seed or the #6 seed depending on if the Blue Devils win or lose.

3. #10 Letterkenny Shamrocks (10-5)

With a win versus the #16 Bears or a lose by Indianapolis they secure the #3 seed or else they fall to the #4 seed.

4. #12 Indianapolis (9-5-1)

They have secured at least the #4 seed and with a win versus the #11 Butcherz and a lose by the Shamrocks, they can move up to the #3 seed.

5. #7 Hamburg Blue Devils (12-3)

They have secured either the #5 or #6 seed depending on if they win and if the Bakers and Far East win or lose.

6. #6 Tokyo Far East (12-3)

They need a win versus #21 Buffalo and a Bakers lose to the #23 Treasure to win the division and secure the #2 seed. They can also secure the #1 seed if all that happens and the Heisenbergs lose to the #17 Raptors. At worse, they finish with the #5 or #6 seed.


National Conference

1. #1 Great Falls Quicksilver (14-1)

They have locked up the #1 seed.

2. #4 Seattle (13-2)

They have locked up the #2 seed.

3. #8 Bermondsey Lions (11-3-1)

They have locked up the #3 seed.

4. #13 Omaha Storm (9-6)

They need a win versus #29 Carolina to win the division and secure the #4 seed or have Green Bay lose to the #18 Corsairs. If they lose and Green Bay wins, they are out of the playoffs.

5. #5 Deadwood Dust Devils (12-3)

They need a win versus #4 Seattle or a Cardinals lose to the #1 Quicksilver to secure the #5 seed or they fall to the #6 seed.

6. #9 Columbus Cardinals (11-4)

They need a win versus the #1 Quicksilver and a Dust Devils lose to #4 Seattle to grab the #5 seed or else they settle for the #6 seed.

7. #14 Green Bay (8-6-1)

They need a win versus the #18 Corsairs and have the Storm lose to #29 Carolina to win the division and secure the #4 seed.

All the home teams won in the Wildcard round including Indianapolis who defeated the 2X defending Champs Blue Devils!

Tokyo struggled on offense but managed to tie the game at 10 with 7:21 remaining in the 3rd quarter but the tie didn't last long after the Shamrocks next play from Scrimmage.
