You aren't starting the right QB or RBs or FBs. Your offensove line is thin, needs depth and you have zero speed at WR.

On defense, you aren't starting your beast DT, starting the wrong MLB and you don't have ANYONE in the secondary.

Next offseason.

Sign or draft +80-90 speed WR and CB before anything else.
