Coach contract

I offered a position coach a 90m 6 year deal to become a coordinator and he turned it down for his current 11m 2 year deal...can anyone explain?

He is super loyal and doesnt think money is everything and obviously he just doesnt like you....who knows???

Make another offer for a dollar more and see if he takes it.

Coaches and contracts is a mystery to me too bud

I guess he just didn't wanna move to Tokyo lol. I just thought all coaches cared about was money, especially when it's that big of a difference. As far as offering more, idk if its cause we are no longer in early fa, but it won't let me offer him a different one now.

Oh yeah, there is only a small window to poach coaches....sorry he wouldnt sign and move his 8 kids to Tokyo
