It looks like the Kansas Triple Threat were playing possum this season since they have reverted back to serious contender when the playoff lights came on.

The Kansas Triple Threat took an early 10-0 lead in the 1st quarter then extended the lead to 23-7 at halftime to cruise to a 29-13 win to make their 4th league title game.
The Bermondsey lions more than held their own in the game taking a 17-16 lead into halftime. 3 unanswered fieldgoals into the 4th quarter extended their lead to 10 points, 26-16. The Quicksilver answered with a fieldgoal at 4:20 and a touchdown at 1:24 in the 4th to send the game to overtime. Neither team could get anything going in overtime until a costly interception by the Lions on their own 33 led to a game winning 43 yard fieldgoal.

Alright Meatman......here we go again.....our 4th time together in the big game going all the way back to the very 1st season after the allocation draft.
I've managed to really up the level of competition in the league but we are the OGs.
Good luck tonight Meatman.....I want to win and keep my streak going....... but IF I lose then I cant think of a better opponent to have it happen against since we started this whole thing off together long ago.

My run had to end someday....hard game to watch as my QB threw 3 picks including one in the endzone then watching my team kick a fieldgoal on 4th and inches from the 1 1/2 yard line with 3 minutes left. I was screaming at the screen telling them to go for it. I thought my rules would have handled that but I guess I need to check them.
Enough complaining, you played a great game and deserved the win. I really have no room to complain with my team. 8 straight league title appearances and 6 titles ain't too bad. I kinda understand what it fells like to be New England and Belicheck! Lol
