It's kind of crazy that with this lethal team I'm tracking to a Wild Card Game scenario + an epic Week 16 playoff type game atmosphere. There's some incredible GMs/teams in the league.
Well I asked for some more competition.....before everyone joined, it was me and Meatman fighting it out every season. Dont underestimate his Pittsburgh* team as he has been to 3 title games
I'm well versed in his skills going way back. He was determined to learn the game (...to be dominant) and I can only imagine what he has blossomed into. There's a definite respect factor between us. :)
1. Kansas Triple Threat (14-1)* 2. Indianapolis (13-2)* 3. Oklahoma City Cheetahs (11-4) 4. Duluth Timbers (10-5) 5. Vancouver Bears (10-5) 6. Portland Pioneers (10-5) 7. Austin Gray Wolves (9-6)
The top 2 seeds are locked in. Oklahoma plays Duluth in week 16 with the winner being the #3 seed while the loser becomes the #4 seed. Vancouver and Portland control their own destiny with wins and they clinch a Wildcard spot. Duluth needs to win and have Portland lose to make the playoffs. If Duluth wins and Portland and Vancouver lose, we will have a 3 way time at 10-6 for 2 spots where tiebreakers will determine which 2 make the playoffs. Since Vancouver has beat Duluth head to head but hasnt clinched a playoff spot, I'm assuming that if the 3 teams end up 10-6, Vancouver is the odd team out.
NFC
1. Great Falls Quicksilver (15-0)* 2. Seattle (14-1) 3. Niagara Falls Rapid Fire (13-2) 4. Chicken Wing Foghorn Leghorns (8-7) 5. Bermondsey Lions (10-5) 6. Philadelphia (8-7) 7. Rock City Cyclones (8-7) 8. New Orleans Voodoo (8-7) 9. Hawaii Black Sharks (8-7)
The #1 seed is locked in. Niagara Falls travels to Seattle with the winner clinching the #2 seed and the loser falling to the #3 seed. The Chicken Wings have clinched the #4 seed and the Bermondsey Lions have clinched the #5 seed. Philadelphia clinches the #6 seed with a win over Bermonsey by having the best conference record. Rock City needs a win and a Philly lose to clinch the playoffs. If Philadelphia and Rock City both lose then the winner of the Hawaii/New Orleans game will win the #6 seed.

Philadelphia and New Orleans achieved a QUICK ranking despite not making the playoffs.
Four of the ten DEAD ranked teams are A.I. run teams.

A new season begins and week 1 has the power rankings based on 10 different team statistical rankings all added to reach each teams score. The lower the score the better with 10 being the best possible score and 320 being the worst.
The rankings are broke down into the top ten (THE QUICK), bottom ten (THE DEAD) and those in between ranked 11-22 (AND).
I wouldnt base too much on the current rankings since it's based solely on one game. As the season progresses, the rankings will stabilize. For now, this is just a starting point.
It's easy to figure out your average ranking among the 10 category... divide your score by 10 and that's the average.
If your score is 100....divide by 10 and you rank an average of 10th in all 10 categories.
categories
Pass yards/gm Pass TD/gm Rush yards/gm Rush TD/gm Int/gm Sacks/gm Total offense Total defense Turnover margin Penalty yards/gm
I have compiled the rankings after week 5 but have made some changes. I have increased the categories from 9 to 18 which will change the scores, nearly doubling them.
I have also factored in record, subtracting 2 points per win and adding 2 points per lose.
The categories are:
Passing yards off Passing yards def Passing Tds off Passing Tds def Rush yards off Rush yards def Rush Tds off Rush Tds def Interceptions Interceptions allowed Sacks Sacks allowed Total offense Total defense Turnover margin Penalty yards Penalty yards against Wins and loses
