Gameplanning

Sorry if it's written elsewhere but on what criteria are sorted th plays in the off plays and def plays of the gameplanning menu? By probability of being called (ie the first one is the one that should be called the most often)? It seems logical but if I, say, give a big bump to "2 deep zone" then reload def plays, the order of the plays is not changed. (and I've still not a single "2 deep zone" play selected by the coach. So, if I make changes in 1 place, I must make them everywhere).
More generally, more details on the way coaches choose the play book and how plays are called during the game would be appreciated (how for instance, nickel, dime, etc are chosen. Depending on the number of receivers? the number of yards?)

It's sorted by your team's familiarity - the top plays are the ones your team is most familiar with. To see the likelihood of a play being chosen in a given situation, go to the game plan screen and click on "View Plays" beneath a quadrant, you will see a popup of all plays that are available based on the quadrant's rules and a bar indicating the likelihood that each play will be called. Same with your gameplan rules, you can view the likelihood of each play being selected when that rule fires.
