Brain fart .. Can I carry more than 60 players through the training camp stage to look at progress and then cut before the preseason 1 midweek sims?

Asking for a friend .. ;-) .. Lol

No. You have to be down to 60 before TC, or the AI will cut players for you (and not very wisely).
